Trauma and Healthcare

The Minnesota Department of Health Trauma Education eLearning program is a comprehensive training initiative consisting of 16 modules designed to equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to assess and treat trauma patients effectively. This program aligns with the education requirements of Minnesota’s statewide trauma system and the Minnesota Board of Nursing.

Workplace Harassment and Violence

CBC Radio Canada, a prominent national broadcaster, recognized the critical need to foster a safe and respectful workplace environment. To address issues of workplace harassment and violence, they sought a comprehensive and effective training solution for their diverse workforce. CBC Radio Canada partnered with eLearningLair to develop an online training course specifically designed to educate employees on recognizing, preventing, and addressing harassment and violence in the workplace.

Health and Safety

Restaurant Brands International (RBI), a leading multinational fast food holding company, sought to enhance their health and safety training for employees across their global brands, including Burger King, Tim Hortons, and Popeyes. They needed a scalable, interactive, and engaging training solution to ensure consistent and comprehensive education on health and safety practices for their workforce. eLearningLair was engaged to develop an innovative online training course tailored to RBI’s specific needs.

FNIM Culture Program for Ontario Health

In 2021, Ontario Health sought to enhance the understanding and awareness of First Nations, Indigenous, Inuit, and Métis (FNIM) culture among its healthcare professionals. To achieve this, they selected eLearningLair (eLL) to develop a comprehensive 14-module eLearning program covering various facets of FNIM culture. This program aimed to educate healthcare workers on topics such as Political Governance, Education, Community Health Services, Arts, and Legacy, with a particular focus on understanding the impact of historical events on the health and well-being of FNIM communities.

Non-Pharmaceutical Interventions (NPI)

In 2021, Western Region Homeland Security selected eLearningLair to develop a comprehensive e-learning course on Non-Pharmaceutical Interventions (NPIs). The goal was to create a training program that would provide thorough education on hazard identification, activation options, and the utilization of the NPI Implementation Quick Guide. This initiative was essential for enhancing the preparedness and response capabilities of personnel in managing public health emergencies without relying solely on pharmaceutical solutions.
